1. Constant Power Output, Stepless Adjustable
Adopting frequency conversion technology, the three-phase 380V 50H low-frequency alternating current is
converted into high-voltage 30KHZ high-frequency alternating current and output to UV lamp, which makes UV
lamp produce more ultraviolet rays with higher photoelectric conversion efficiency, and produces more ultraviolet
rays than the traditional "UV transformer + capacitor" under the same power, thus achieving the purpose of
preliminary power saving. High-frequency output can also make the beam in the UV tube thicker, thus averaging
the center temperature of the UV tube, reducing the tube wall temperature and prolonging the service life of the
UV tube.
The pulse width signal output by frequency conversion technology can be infinitely adjusted between 20%
and 100%, thus realizing the stepless adjustment of UV lamp power. The advantage is that in practical application,
the energy actually needed for UV paint drying can be adjusted, without using full power. With the aging of UV
lamp, the energy is reduced to adjust the lamp power, thus achieving the purpose of saving electricity for the
second time.
2. Ultrahigh Frequency Soft Start
Compared with the "hard start" in the form of "traditional transformer + capacitor", the starting current is
very large, and the UV lamp is badly damaged at the moment of starting. The soft switch of UV electronic power
supply has very high starting instantaneous frequency and small current, which protects UV lamp and prolongs the
service life of UV lamp.
3. Standby Transition
It can be used with the shutter of lampshade. When the equipment is temporarily free of materials, the
standby mode can be started, the power supply is minimized, and the temperature of UV lamp will be greatly
reduced, thus preventing overheating and greatly reducing energy consumption. From standby power standby state
to high power working state, the conversion speed is fast (less than 1 second), which meets the requirement of
rapid curing.
4. Intelligent Wind Control System
Automatically control the exhaust of UV lamp to avoid premature or late exhaust. The equipment does not need to
install an air control system, and its diameter is controlled by electronic power supply, which is safe and reliable.
5. Single Chip Microcomputer Technology
Voltage and current can be observed in real time, and the response speed is fast.
6. Comprehensive Circuit Protection
It has power-on self-test, voltage, overcurrent, open circuit, short circuit, etc., so as to avoid damage caused by
