现象：喷幅形状呈重心偏向一侧的原因：气帽中心孔或雾化孔堵塞对策：  
               
1清洁雾化帽        2更换雾化帽                      

现象：偏左或偏右的原因：          

1气帽一侧的扇面控制孔堵塞            2气帽受损对策 ：1清洁雾化帽             2.更换雾化帽                        
   
现象：喷幅中央过厚原因:         

1喷涂的涂料粘度太高      2喷涂压力太低    
 
 
3喷嘴的口径和顶针由于磨损而增大和变小对策:

   1调低涂料粘度         2增大喷涂压力               3更换喷嘴套装
